In the unlikely event you do find that the inside of the cooler has risen above 40°F and the meat and poultry are defrosted, please contact us immediately at (866) 66 GLATT and do not consume any of the products that were in the cooler! All shipments are insured against spoilage and we will replace the order. However, GlattOnDemand.com is not responsible for products that spoiled because they were sent back to the freight location or left at your door. To make sure that you are satisfied with the product you receive, please inspect the contents as soon as they arrive to your door.
