This is a Black Angus Glatt Kosher Standing Rib roast! It is tender, and flavorful. The standing rib roast is the same cut as a rib-eye steak however they are not seperated into seperate steaks. This is one of the most delicious roast available!  Our standard 4.5lb size includes 4 bones.

This 6lb Glatt Kosher Standing Rib roast feeds 5-7 people.

This item is Kosher for Passover.
